History
Mar Chrysostom College of Education owned and managed by the Catholic Diocese of
Marthandam. The Catholic diocese of Marthandam founded Mar Chrysostom College of
Education on 16/10/2006, the auspicious day of the 10th year of installation of the diocese of
Marthandam.College is approved by NCTE and affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education
University Chennai.
The founder of the college is Most. Rev. Yoohanon Mar Chrysostom, the former Bishop
of catholic diocese of Marthandam.
At present Most. Rev. Dr. Vincent Mar Paulos the Bishop of Catholic Diocese of
Marthandam is the patron of the college. Rev.Fr. Bernard Naduthari. K.C, as the Correspondent/
Secretary of the College, Rev. Fr. Shiju Jose as the bursar of the college. Superintendent
Rev.Sr.Jeniba Mary D. M and Dr.Angel Felix J .S, as the Principal of the College
